Terms of use

ProResume is a tool that helps you build, edit and export a CV or resume. We provide it on an “as is” basis and may add, change or remove features over time. We aim to keep the service available but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You keep ownership of the content you put into your CV. You're responsible for making sure it's accurate and that you have the right to use it. We only process your content to provide the service (for example, to save it, generate AI suggestions on request, or produce an export).

• ›Don't use ProResume to create false or misleading documents, or to impersonate someone else.
• ›Don't upload unlawful content or content you don't have the right to use.
• ›Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or misuse the service.

AI features assist by rewriting and strengthening what you write; they don't fabricate experience or credentials, and their output can contain mistakes. Always review AI suggestions before using them — you're responsible for the final document.

ProResume has a free tier and an optional paid (Pro) plan. Where billing is enabled, payments are handled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Paid features are described on the Pricing page. If you cancel, your plan changes according to your subscription status.

ProResume helps you present your experience clearly, but we don't guarantee interviews, job offers or any particular result. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us.
